The service is exceptional, with staff going out of their way to assist guests. The dining options are satisfactory, and the facilities are well-maintained.
The hotel surprised me with its comfort and cleanliness, and the balcony with good air conditioning was a real bonus. Although the only downside was the lack of windows in the room, the overall stay was enjoyable with friendly service and a central location for easy exploration.
